Position Summary:

The Groundskeeper maintains the exterior cleanliness and presentation of the Shoppes at Miller's Property located on Lincoln Highway East in Ronks. This part-time role offers flexible morning hours, including weekends, totaling 20-28 hours per week.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pick up trash and debris on the property. Empty trash cans.
• Water flowers and pull weeds in grass areas and flower beds.
• Sweep and clean walkways, patios, and entrance areas.
• Clean exterior windows; some power washing may be required.
• Perform other duties as directed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions and communicate effectively.
• Ability to work independently.
• Focus on safety and knowledge of workplace safety and emergency procedures.
• Thoroughness, attention to detail, and good time management.
