Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and interpret basic instructions.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and follow written/oral directions.

Responsibilities

• Pick up trash on grounds.
• Clean out hallways.
• Snow Removal.
• Trash-outs of vacated units including removal of debris, furniture, and appliances.
