Job summary

Rainey Property Management is seeking a dependable Groundskeeper for our on-site maintenance team in Dallas, TX. You will maintain exterior areas, assist with seasonal upkeep, and support overall property appearance and safety to create welcoming environments for residents and staff.

We require a proactive individual with at least 2 years in groundskeeping or similar exterior work, a High School diploma, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of groundskeeping or exterior maintenance experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform outdoor tasks in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior property areas including sidewalks, entryways, parking lots, and common areas.
• Perform minor repairs and assist with seasonal upkeep as directed by management.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness in all work areas and report hazards promptly.
