Global Power Components in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain outdoor spaces at our newly renovated facility. This onsite role supports landscapes, fences, and design features while keeping grounds clean and functional.

You will operate mowers, leaf blowers, snow removal equipment, and basic irrigation tasks, collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure safe, attractive exteriors year-round. This temp-to-hire position requires reliability and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plants and maintains grass, shrubs, trees, and flowers.
• Installs and maintains water features, fences, gates, and walls.
• Keeps outdoor furniture clean and in good repair.
• Lifecycle maintenance of mulch, fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides.
• Weed, trim, prune, and maintain green spaces.
• Remove unwanted plants and debris; manage downed limbs.
• Operate mowers, leaf blowers, snowblowers, tillers, and other equipment.
• Water lawns and gardens; rake leaves and debris.
• Assist with snow removal and walkway shoveling.
