Global Power Components in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain outdoor spaces for a newly renovated facility and support our maintenance team. This onsite role involves lawn care, landscaping, and basic exterior upkeep.

You will operate mowers, leaf blowers, snow removal equipment, and perform irrigation/ mulch tasks while following safety guidelines and collaborating with other trades.

Responsibilities

• Plants grass, shrubs, trees, and flowers.
• Maintains water features, fences, gates, and walls.
• Keeps outdoor spaces clean and in good repair.
• Applies mulch, fertilizers, pesticides as needed.
• Maintains green spaces by weeding, trimming, and pruning.
• Rakes leaves and debris from lawns and beds.
• Operates hand tools and power equipment (mowers, blowers, etc.).
• Waters lawns and gardens.
• Removes trash and debris from outdoor areas.
• Operates snow removal equipment and shovels walkways.
• Works with maintenance crew and other specialists as needed.
