Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a dependable Groundskeeper to help maintain the exterior spaces of our apartment communities. This entry-level role focuses on cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal, with hands-on tasks across landscaping, trash removal, and property upkeep.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1 year of maintenance, repair, or HVAC experience preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and pick up debris throughout exterior areas.
• Maintain sidewalks, breezeways, parking lots, green spaces, and signage areas.
• Ensure community trash receptacles, compactor areas, and pet stations are clean and well-maintained.
• Assist with light landscaping tasks including raking, weeding, trimming, and watering.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of pool deck areas, courtyards, grilling stations, benches, and outdoor amenities.
