Hawthorne Residential Partners is hiring a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior areas of our apartment communities. You will perform outdoor cleaning, landscaping aid, and upkeep of common spaces to ensure a welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates enjoy active outdoor work, take pride in neat spaces, and are reliable team players. The role is full-time, with standard hours and occasional on-call duties to support residents and events.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience in yardwork or general maintenance preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform outdoor tasks in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough cleaning and upkeep of exterior areas of the property.
• Maintain sidewalks, breezeways, parking lots, green spaces, and signage.
• Keep trash receptacles and pet stations clean and accessible.
• Assist with light landscaping tasks: raking, weeding, trimming, watering.
• Help maintain pool decks, courtyards, and outdoor amenities.
