Integrated Real Estate Group (IREG) is hiring a Porter / Groundskeeper for our One90 Firewheel community in Garland, TX. This full-time onsite role supports the maintenance team with make-ready, groundskeeping, and daily operations to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

Qualifications

• Experience as porter/groundskeeper or in maintenance preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, pull and carry heavy materials.
• Outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Pool maintenance experience preferred.
• Pool Operator Certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• English and Spanish communication (verbal and written) required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the community.
• Assist with apartment turns and make-ready activities.
• Support maintenance team with general repairs and projects.
• Clean and maintain common areas, clubhouse, fitness center, and amenities.
• Monitor dumpster areas and landscape maintenance tasks.
• Conduct daily pool area inspections and assist with pool upkeep.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness standards across the property.
