Responsibilities include pool area upkeep, trash removal, and landscape tasks to keep grounds tidy. Background checks and a valid pool certification are preferred; high school diploma is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass background & drug screen.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must speak and write English.
• Must have physical strength to move dumpsters 3 times a week.

Responsibilities

• Maintain immaculate exterior appearance of the property at all times.
• Assist maintenance with make-readies and general upkeep.
• Clean trash areas and pool surroundings; monitor chemistry daily.
• Keep club facilities clean and presentable; assist with repairs as needed.
• Perform landscaping tasks and irrigation maintenance as required.
