Integrated Real Estate Group (IREG) is seeking a dedicated Make Ready professional to join the One90 Firewheel maintenance team in Garland, TX. You will prepare vacant apartments for move-in, perform repairs, and ensure homes meet standards before residents receive keys.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of maintenance experience, strong attention to detail, and ability to work independently or with the team to maintain turnover schedules and quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of apartment/property maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with general maintenance and repairs.

Responsabilités

• Inspect vacant apartment homes and complete make-ready items.
• Prepare apartments for move-in according to standards and timelines.
• Complete general maintenance and repairs in vacant units.
• Perform drywall and sheetrock repairs.
• Paint touch-ups and minor surface repairs.
• Repair or replace caulking around fixtures.
• Assist with flooring, tile, carpet, and vinyl repairs.
• Basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC or appliance repairs as needed.
• Replace light bulbs, switches, fixtures, and hardware.
• Inspect completed work for safety and readiness for occupancy.
• Maintain make-ready checklists and maintenance records.
• Communicate larger repair needs to maintenance leadership.
