MaineGuide is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the community grounds and park-owned facilities in Kittery, ME. This full-time, outdoors-focused role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and self-starting initiative.

Plowing experience is required, with tools provided. Duties include landscape/grounds maintenance, simple plumbing/electrical repairs, and vehicle/equipment tasks. License and transportation are necessary. In-person work environment.

Hiring a Groundskeeper to maintain the community grounds and park-owned facilities. Full-time position, working mostly outdoors in a friendly and welcoming environment.

We are looking for individuals that are responsible self-starters that can work well within a team as well as independently. Plowing experience is a must! Candidates with property management experience would be ideal, although those that take pride in a job well done will also be considered. All tools to do the job will be provided.

Position will include the following, but not limited to, these duties:

• Landscape maintenance
• Grounds & property maintenance
• Basic plumbing and electrical repairs
• Facility maintenance
• Plowing
• Activities can include plowing, mowing, digging, operating equipment, painting, carpentry, fence building, vehicle maintenance and repairs, etc.

Job Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
• Plowing experience
• Valid License
• Reliable Transportation
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
• At least 2 year's experience working in a trade, maintenance position, or other relevant work experience.

Compensation

Pay commensurate with skillset.

Expected hours: 40 per week
