Douglass Properties is seeking a reliable Groundskeeper to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our community properties in Spokane, Washington. This role is ideal for a self-starter who works well independently and enjoys outdoor tasks and long periods of walking.

Responsibilities include maintaining grounds and common areas, snow removal and winter maintenance, and completing daily maintenance tasks. Pay is $19–$21 per hour (DOE) for a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Weekend availability required during winter months.
• Comfortable working outdoors year-round.
• Self-starter who takes initiative during downtime.
