Job summary

Morningstar Living is seeking a Groundskeeper/Maintenance Technician II for Heritage Village in Nazareth, PA. The role is year-round, full-time, on-site, with hours 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM and rotating weekends/holidays.

The position offers a $21–$25/hour pay range based on experience and comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities include maintaining outdoor property, supporting the maintenance team, landscaping, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across seasons.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in grounds/ landscape maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all outside property in optimum condition during all seasons of the year.
• Collaborate with maintenance team to ensure grounds and building are cared for daily.
• Mow lawns, prune bushes/trees, edge walkways, and maintain manicured grounds.
• Design, plant, and maintain flowerbeds with weeding and mulching.
• Maintain daily pool logs and manage pool chemicals as directed.
• Assist with leaf and snow removal.
• Follow all applicable safety, HIPAA, and Elder Justice Act guidelines.
• Adhere to the Code of Ethics and company policies.
