Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper to perform routine cleaning and upkeep of grounds, buildings, and common areas across our communities. You will operate tools and equipment, assist service technicians, and help prepare make-ready units for new residents.

The role requires 0–6 months of custodial experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 65 lbs. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement within a mission-driven team.

Qualifikationen

• Entry level to 6 months of general custodial/maintenance experience.
• Beginning level understanding of grounds maintenance.
• Ability to use hand and power tools and cleaning equipment applicable to job requirements.
• Communication and effective interaction with co-workers, managers, vendors or residents; sufficient to exchange or convey information and to give and receive work direction.
• Basic computer skills preferred (PC/mobile device).
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Ability to operate a company or personal vehicle or electrical cart.
• Ability to travel to other regional locations for work, training, meetings, and other work-related activities.
• Ability to independently lift/carry supplies or equipment up to 65 lbs.

Aufgaben

• Performs routine cleaning and maintenance of grounds, amenities, building exteriors district office, pool and other areas surrounding the community.
• Removes trash from grounds and surrounding areas daily.
• Details interior and exterior areas with general cleaning tools to keep areas clean of debris.
• May assist with snow shovelling of sidewalks and main entry areas.
• Assist in make-ready of units including trash outs and touch ups.
• Assist with various physical tasks and removal of items as needed.
• Assist with repairs, replacement of fixtures and painting/caulking as needed.
• Clean and maintain storage and shop areas; support service technicians.
• Report maintenance concerns to management and follow safety regulations.
