AMLI Residential in Miami is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to help maintain the beauty and safety of our luxury apartment community. This is a stable day-shift role offering 40 hours per week with no nights.

You will clean common areas, inspect lighting, ready vacant units, and maintain the pool and outdoor spaces to meet our high standards. We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package, including monthly bonuses and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifikationen

• Experience: At least one year in custodial or cleaning roles.
• Physical requirements: ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Attention to detail: self-motivated and able to work independently to keep the property at its best.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, amenities, and outdoor spaces daily (including raking, sweeping, and shoveling as needed).

• Inspect and replace exterior lighting as necessary.

• Prepare vacant units for new residents, ensuring they are fresh and odor-free.

• Regularly clean the leasing office, amenity areas, laundry rooms, and other shared spaces.

• Maintain the swimming pool, equipment, and water quality to ensure safety and cleanliness.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: At least one year of custodial or cleaning experience.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.

• Attention to Detail: Self-motivated and able to work independently to keep the property looking its best.
