Job summary

AMLI Residential is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper for our luxury Miami community. This day-shift, 40-hour-per-week role focuses on maintaining outdoor spaces, common areas, and the pool area to keep the property appealing and safe.

You will perform light maintenance tasks, inspect exterior lighting, prepare vacant units, and keep shared spaces clean. Minimum 1 year of custodial experience and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

• At least 1 year of custodial or cleaning experience.
• Physically able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently to keep the property looking its best.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, amenities, and outdoor spaces daily (including raking, sweeping, and shoveling as needed).
• Inspect and replace exterior lighting as necessary.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents, ensuring they are fresh and odor‑free.
• Regularly clean the leasing office, amenity areas, laundry rooms, and other shared spaces.
• Maintain the swimming pool, equipment, and water quality to ensure safety and cleanliness.
