MAA Addison Circle is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the upkeep and cleanliness of a multifamily community in Addison, TX. You will care for the grounds and common areas, perform landscaping tasks, and handle general maintenance duties to keep the property inviting and well-maintained.

The role emphasizes working in all weather conditions and utilizing basic landscaping tools; prior groundskeeping or janitorial experience is preferred to support high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Groundskeeping, janitorial experience, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to use basic landscaping and related tools (e.g., rake, shovel, power washer).
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and tolerate exposure to dust and dirt.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the overall upkeep and cleanliness of the MAA Community.
• Maintains the grounds and common areas of the property.
• Performs landscaping and general maintenance work.
