Job summary

OLIVERS BUSHHOGGING LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to trim trees and hedges, mow and manicure lawns, maintain gardens, and keep pathways clean. The role aims to keep the facility surroundings beautiful and inviting, requiring a hard worker with strong lawn care knowledge.

The ideal candidate should have experience in groundskeeping or landscaping, familiarity with equipment, and an understanding of sprinkler systems and fertilization techniques.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Groundskeeper, Landscaper, or other position is preferred.
• High school diploma/GED is preferred.
• Familiarity with landscaping equipment and machinery.
• Understanding of sprinkler systems.
• Knowledge of fertilizers, pesticides, and gardening techniques.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, digging, and standing for long periods.
• Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Fertilize, mow, weed, and edge lawn areas
• Maintain garden areas, including pruning, weeding, and mulching
• Trim hedges, bushes, and trees
• Maintain clean pathways
• Ensure outdoor areas are protected from inclement weather
• Operate push and riding mowers, as well as other landscaping equipment
• Schedule any required specialized services
