The ideal candidate will bring Heart, showing care for both the community and their work environment; Hustle, demonstrating energy and initiative in completing tasks efficiently; and Higher Standards, ensuring work is performed with attention to quality and public service. Groundskeepers are expected to follow supervisor instructions, uphold park rules and regulations, and interpret approved policies while interacting courteously and professionally with the public.
