Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Experience operating a variety of hand tools and powered lawn equipment.
• Ability to work in outdoor conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Mow, rake, water, and fertilize lawns.
• Plant, transplant, water, fertilize, and trim flowers and shrubs.
• Assist with maintenance of sprinkler systems.
• Assist with maintenance of lawnmowers, snow blowers, and other equipment.
• May apply herbicides, pesticides, insecticides, fertilizers.
• Lead other groundskeepers in supervisory roles.
• Remove snow.
• Provide expert consultation and advice within area of responsibility.
• Work requires considerable physical exertion (digging, lifting, climbing, etc.).
