Job summary

Little Creek Casino Resort seeks a Groundskeeper to perform a wide range of landscape tasks across assigned campuses, using mowers, tractors, chainsaws and other equipment. You will prune, mulch, plant, water, and maintain outdoor spaces while ensuring safety and adherence to resort standards.

The role includes snow removal, ice melting, minor repairs and record-keeping, with opportunities to assist and train other staff as part of a collaborative engineering team.

Qualifications

• Experience operating landscape maintenance equipment and lawn care tasks.
• Ability to prune, fertilize, water, and maintain plantings.
• Willingness to perform winter maintenance and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prunes shrubs and trees to shape growth and health.
• Sprays lawn, shrubs, and trees with fertilizer and pesticides.
• Rakes leaves and cleans grounds; empties trash; shovels snow.
• Repairs fences, gates, walks and maintains equipment.
• Performs leaf removal, lawn care, and plant watering as needed.
• Assists and trains other staff; maintains safety standards.
