Qualifications

• Experience operating groundskeeping equipment.
• Knowledge of lawn maintenance, planting, pruning, and seasonal care.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance of lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees including planting, fertilizing, transplanting, irrigating, weeding, mulching, pruning, mowing, edging, and trimming.
• Applies pesticides and herbicides safely and in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Performs seasonal care such as planting in spring or leaf removal in fall.
• Maintains driveways, stairs, and walkways by removing snow/ice, trash and debris; may assist in grading and repair.
• Operates and maintains equipment including mowers, tractors, sprayers, edgers, grass shears, and trimmers.
• Collaborates with maintenance team on larger projects.
• Assists in preparation and cleanup for outdoor events.
