Qualifications

• Prior groundskeeping experience required.
• Experience operating lawn equipment such as zero-turn mowers is preferred.
• Ability to prune and trim plants and shrubs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Inspect and report maintenance needs to supervisor.
• Mow lawns weekly during growing season and clean tools after use.
• Trim bushes and maintain neat appearance and desired shape.
• Weed flowerbeds regularly and as needed.
• Shovel and de-ice exterior walkways in winter.
• Contribute to team and maintain professional demeanor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
