Job summary

Compass Group groundskeeping opportunity in Greencastle, IN, seeks a full-time Groundskeeper. You will maintain lawns, plants, shrubs and performs routine landscaping tasks as part of school facilities services.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm. Prior groundskeeper experience is preferred; valid Non-CDL Class C license required. Pay ranges from $16.75 to $17.00 per hour, with training and a comprehensive benefits package available.

Qualifications

• Prior groundskeeper experience preferred.
• Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality customer service to customers by providing one-on-one attention to detail.
• Inspects common areas and reports deficiencies to Maintenance Supervisor.
• Inspects exterior of the property and grounds; reports deficiencies to Maintenance Supervisor.
• Mows lawns weekly during the proper season.
• Trims bushes to maintain neat appearance and desired shape.
• Weeds flowerbeds weekly or more often if needed.
