Job Summary and Qualifications

• Maintain cleanliness of exterior trash containers and parking areas.
• Perform regular debris sweeps and cleaning of parking decks and stairwells.
• Conduct quarterly rounds on mechanical rooms, roofs, and the central plant.
• Keep loading docks and dumpster areas organized and free of debris.
• Assist with maintenance needs and repairs during rounds.
• Help spread ice melt during winter weather.
• Support other trades like plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical work as needed.
• Assist with cleanup during emergency repairs.
• Manage warehouse supplies and report equipment issues.
• Work predominantly outdoors (75%).

Qualifications Needed

• High school diploma or trade school certification required.
• Experience in general mechanic work or groundskeeping preferred, especially in a commercial setting.
