Job summary

MMS Group is seeking an experienced Groundskeeper for a 152-unit residential property in Lorain, OH. You will maintain interior and exterior areas to improve curb appeal and cleanliness.

Responsibilities include daily cleaning of common areas, reporting concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor, and assisting with trash removal and grounds upkeep. The role requires independent work, problem-solving, and attention to safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial, landscaping, general labor, and groundskeeping.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Capable of heavy lifting up to 50 lbs and physical tasks.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Clean daily common areas: dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and empty trash.
• Report maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Remove litter and assist with exterior grounds maintenance.
• Perform other duties as outlined in the job description.
