Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties in Casa Grande, Arizona is hiring a Porter/Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds and common areas, clean amenity spaces, and assist with light maintenance across the property. You will help keep pool areas presentable and safe while supporting daily operations with management and maintenance staff.

The role requires outdoor physical work, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform outdoor physical work.
Willingness to be on call for occasional after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

Maintain the grounds and common areas, ensuring they are clean, orderly, and free of trash and debris.
Perform routine cleaning and housekeeping of amenity spaces, restrooms, and shared facilities.
Assist with light maintenance and basic repairs as needed throughout the property.
Help maintain and clean pool areas, ensuring proper appearance and safety standards.
Work closely with management and maintenance staff to support daily operations and special projects.
Report maintenance concerns and safety issues promptly to management.
Support setup, cleanup, and general upkeep for community areas and events as needed.
May assist with moving equipment, furniture, or supplies across the property.
Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
