Job summary

Your responsibilities will include maintaining the grounds and common areas, assisting with light maintenance, and ensuring the cleanliness of pool areas. A high school diploma or equivalent experience is preferred, along with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work outdoors in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the grounds and common areas, ensuring they are clean and free of debris.
• Perform routine cleaning of amenity spaces, restrooms, and shared facilities.
• Assist with light maintenance and basic repairs as needed throughout the property.
• Help maintain and clean pool areas, ensuring proper appearance.
• Report maintenance concerns and safety issues promptly to management.
