Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain exterior and interior designated areas of a Stockton property. You will perform daily upkeep, manage supplies, and ensure a professional appearance in line with company standards.

The role emphasizes safety, adherence to OSHA guidelines, reliable teamwork, and proactive problem-solving. Full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to use grounds keeping tools and machinery effectively.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily upkeep of the property buildings and grounds to include cleaning and removal of trash.
• Manage the care, maintenance, and inventory of all supplies and equipment.
• Remove snow and apply de-icer on passageways to prevent ice buildup.
• Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain the professional uniform and appearance at all times.
• Respond courteously and efficiently at all times.
• Maintain knowledge of company and community policies and procedures.
