Job summary

Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain exterior and interior property areas at our communities. You will perform daily upkeep, manage supplies, and ensure a clean, safe environment for residents and staff at all times.

Qualifications

• Ability to use grounds keeping tools and machinery effectively.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion.
• Ability to follow detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Ability to take initiative to execute job tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily upkeep of the property buildings and grounds, including cleaning and trash removal.
• Maintain inventory and care of all supplies and equipment.
• Remove snow and apply de-icer to prevent ice buildup.
• Operate in accordance with OSHA standards and safety policies.
• Report unusual circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain professional appearance and uniform at all times.
• Respond courteously and efficiently at all times.
• Maintain knowledge of company and community policies.
