Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a groundskeeper to maintain the exterior and interior areas of our properties. Responsibilities include daily upkeep, equipment inventory, snow removal, and strict adherence to OSHA standards and company policies.

A professional appearance and proactive communication with residents are essential. The role offers full-time hours with compensation ranging from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, plus benefits such as vacation time, health programs, 401K

Formación

• Ability to use grounds keeping tools and machinery effectively.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily upkeep of the property buildings and grounds, including cleaning and trash removal.
• Care, maintenance, and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or management company.
• Remove snow and apply de-icer on passageways to prevent ice buildup.
• Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude with a required uniform.
• Respond courteously and efficiently at all times.
• Maintain knowledge of company and community policies and procedures.
