Avenue5 Residential in Flowery Branch, GA is seeking a meticulous Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds, exterior spaces, leasing office, tour path and parking areas, with a focus on curb appeal and resident satisfaction. You will remove debris, assist in preparing market-ready units, perform exterior pressure washing and respond to property emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and auto insurance required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to cope with difficult people and maintain confidentiality.
• Professional appearance and compliance with uniform policy.
• Safety requirements must be followed.

• Snow removal abilities and snow blower operation.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash and debris daily from office areas and property perimeter.
• Assist in preparing market-ready units.
• Pressure wash exterior buildings and sidewalks.
• Assist with property emergencies, including weather events.
• Clean apartments and common areas as directed.
• Report maintenance and life-safety issues promptly.
• Maintain highest standards of cleanliness and curb appeal with residents.
• Interact courteously with residents and other properties.
• Support a positive, collaborative environment with residents and agencies.
• Other duties as assigned.
