Qualifications

• One year of groundskeeping experience required (mowing, weed eating, zero turn, edging).
• Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality customer service and attention to detail.
• Inspects and reports grounds deficiencies to Maintenance Supervisor.
• Mows lawns weekly and maintains landscaping tools and equipment.
• Trims bushes and weeds beds; clears walkways in winter.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
