Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Groundskeeper in Boynton Beach, FL to maintain the building exterior and surrounding grounds on a Tuesday–Saturday schedule. The role involves lawn care, debris removal, equipment handling, and ensuring safe walkways and landscaping.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and experience with common handheld lawn tools. OSHA/EPA guidelines knowledge and strong customer service are valued; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience using handheld lawn tools.
• OSHA and EPA guidelines compliance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Cuts grass, maintains lawn, trims around trees, walkways and markers.
• Clears debris and maintains drives and walkways in safe condition.
• May be required to assist in the loading and unloading of supplies, equipment and/or merchandise.
• Maintains, services, cleans and properly stores equipment.
• Ability to properly utilize new equipment and follow safety procedures prior to using this equipment.
