Zusammenfassung

AMLI Residential is seeking a Groundskeeper-Custodian for our luxury apartment community in Marina del Rey. The role offers a steady day shift (40 hours/week) with no nights, supporting cleanliness and curb appeal across common areas and units.

Responsibilities include cleaning, trash removal, preparing vacant/model apartments, window washing, and basic grounds care. Candidates should have custodial experience and be able to lift up to 50 lbs; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment (mops, vacuums, carpet cleaners, scrubbers).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to follow basic written and verbal instructions.

Aufgaben

• Clean and maintain leasing office, restrooms, hallways, stairways, elevators, amenities, laundry rooms, parking garage, and other common areas.
• Perform daily trash removal and recycling.
• Assist with preparing vacant and model apartments for move-ins and tours.
• Wash interior/exterior windows, maintain light fixtures, and keep the community fresh and presentable.
• Care for, inventory, and properly use all janitorial supplies and equipment.
• Provide basic grounds care such as sweeping, picking up trash, and watering planters.
• Assist with move-out cleanings, moving bulky items, and property inspections.
• Support the team during emergencies (flood, fire, weather-related events) and occasional overtime needs.
