Zusammenfassung

AMLI Residential is seeking a Groundskeeper - Custodian for our luxury apartment community in Marina del Rey. This is a stable day-shift role (40 hours per week) with no nights and opportunities to contribute to maintaining a pristine property.

You will clean and maintain common areas, assist with move-ins and inspections, and support the team during emergencies. Competitive hourly pay with benefits is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Prior custodial, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment (mops, vacuums, carpet cleaners, scrubbers, etc.).
• Ability to push, pull and lift up to 50 lbs. (occasionally more).

Aufgaben

• Clean and maintain leasing office, restrooms, hallways, stairways, elevators, amenities, laundry rooms, parking garage, and other common areas.
• Perform daily trash removal and recycling.
• Assist with preparing vacant and model apartments for move-ins and tours.
• Wash interior/exterior windows, maintain light fixtures, and keep the community fresh and presentable.
• Care for, inventory, and properly use all janitorial supplies and equipment.
• Provide basic grounds care such as sweeping, picking up trash, and watering planters.
• Assist with move-out cleanings, moving bulky items, and property inspections.
• Support the team during emergencies (flood, fire, weather-related events) and occasional overtime needs.
