Job summary

Bridgeworks Co in Greenville, SC is seeking a reliable Groundskeeper/Custodian to maintain cleanliness, safety and curb appeal for multiple apartment communities. This temporary role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm for several weeks and includes cleaning, basic landscaping, trash removal, and minor maintenance tasks.

You will maintain common areas and exterior grounds, perform mowing and leaf blowing, assist with move-in/move-out cleaning, and report hazards to the property manager.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in custodial or grounds keeping preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather.
