Job summary

Stonemark Management LLC is seeking a full-time Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds of our apartment communities. The role requires working outdoors in all weather conditions and performing physically demanding tasks with minimal supervision.

You will be responsible for litter pickup, lawn care, watering and drainage, and assisting with make-readies and maintenance. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• One year of groundskeeper experience preferred but not required.
• General property maintenance skills such as painting, pressure washing, trash pickup.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and perform repetitive motions.
• Available to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Picks up litter on grounds and waters lawn, shrubs and flowers as needed.
• Sprays with insecticides as needed.
• Maintains watering and drainage systems.
• Assists in inventory control and upkeep of grounds equipment and supplies.
• Assists with emergency maintenance and with preparing make-readies.
• Cleans all hallways and common areas.
• Cleans all parking areas.
• Cleans all sidewalks and alleyways.
• Assists in other types of maintenance when necessary.

Stonemark Management, a national multi-family management company, has an opening for a highly motivated, full-time Groundskeeper to join our team. Must be capable of working with little or no supervision, and be able to work outside, in all weather conditions and to perform physically difficult work. Position Summary

Responsible for keeping the grounds of the community in an attractive condition; for keeping exteriors, common areas, vacant apartments, sidewalks and alleyways of community in a clean and safe condition.

• Must be available to work weekends and holidays when needed.
