The role requires physical work, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Competitive hourly pay with a transportation allowance is offered, along with benefits eligibility after the introductory period.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate power tools and landscaping equipment.
• Basic knowledge of landscaping techniques and outdoor maintenance.
• Good time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to pick up trash, remove debris, and maintain dog waste stations and dumpster areas.
• Perform routine landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and mulching.
• Use hand tools and power equipment (leaf blowers, hedge trimmers, etc.).
• Remove snow and apply salt to sidewalks and steps during winter weather.
• Keep the maintenance shop organized and stocked.
• Report safety hazards and maintenance concerns to the Service Supervisor.
• Assist with unit make-ready tasks as requested.
• Follow company safety procedures and property security protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
