Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or related field.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency in using manual and power tools safely.
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs occasionally, and 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including bending, pulling, pushing, climbing, and lifting.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with email communication.
• A genuine passion for creating a beautiful and functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns, trees, shrubs, flowers, and irrigation systems.
• Lead other crew members and assign tasks; report progress to management.

• Operate and maintain a variety of hand tools and power equipment.
