Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain exterior and designated interior areas of our properties in El Cajon, CA. You will ensure clean, safe, and well-kept grounds while adhering to safety policies.

The role involves operating groundskeeping tools and machinery, managing supplies, and providing courteous, professional service to residents and colleagues. We offer full-time hours with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Ability to use grounds keeping tools and machinery effectively.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily upkeep of the property grounds and buildings, including trash removal.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment owned by the property or management company.
• Remove snow and apply de-icer to prevent ice buildup on walkways.
• Follow OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times.
