Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain outdoor spaces, operate maintenance equipment, and support landscaping tasks. The role involves watering, pruning, mowing, and basic site upkeep across designated grounds.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (preferred) and 6 months of related experience (preferred). Compliance with safety rules and PPE usage is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED – preferred.
• Six months related experience and/or training – preferred.
• Completed all safety and task training certifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of areas such as sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, fountains, planters, burial sites, or other grounds features.
• Make minor repairs to fences, gates, or walls.
• Gather, remove, and dispose of trash or waste materials.
• Water and irrigate lawns, trees, or plants using portable sprinkler systems.
• Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges using grounds maintenance equipment.
• Mow or edge lawns using power mowers or edger.
