Job summary

Waterton is seeking a Groundskeeper at our Franklin, TN community to support the appearance and upkeep of the grounds and facilities. You will perform routine landscaping, cleaning, and preventive maintenance tasks under supervision, contributing to a safe and attractive living environment for residents.

Primary responsibilities include mowing, edging, weed control, irrigation checks, and equipment operation, while adhering to safety guidelines and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the community by sweeping parking lots and walkways, removing debris, emptying trash, and pressure washing.
• Uphold grounds by mowing lawns and trimming edges; removing weeds; watering lawns, shrubs, flowers, and trees; repairing and adjusting water sprinklers; pruning shrubs; planting flower beds.
• Complete resident service requests and preventive maintenance, as directed by your manager. Assist in the preparation of unit make‑readies when needed.
• Maintain and operate various types of equipment to perform job functions (i.e., leaf blowers, pressure washers, hand tools, ladders, and safety equipment).
• Utilize reasonable safety measures and precautions to maintain a safe work environment.
