Job summary

MMS Group is seeking an experienced Groundskeeper for a 282-unit property in Jonesboro, GA. The role involves maintaining interior and exterior cleanliness to enhance curb appeal and overall property maintenance.

This on-site position requires physical capability and a proactive, safety-conscious mindset. Responsibilities include daily cleaning of common areas, reporting issues to the Maintenance Supervisor, and assisting with exterior grounds tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial, landscaping, general labor and groundskeeping.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of all common areas including dusting, sweeping, mopping and trash removal.
• Report notable concerns (vandalism, lighting, detectors) to Maintenance Supervisor.
• Daily removal of litter and debris from interior and exterior areas.
• Perform other duties as outlined in the job description.
