The Standard at Four Corners in Storrs, CT is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain landscape and property appearance. You will be part of a service‑oriented team and report to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Your daily duties include site cleanliness, trash-out assistance, notices delivery, time and attendance, and daily inspections. The role requires reliable, detail‑oriented individuals who communicate well with residents and coworkers.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication and people skills.
• Must possess the ability to work independently.
• Must have attention for detail.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a clean, professional, and OSHA approved work environment.
• Keep the property litter free and maintain curb appeal.
• Assist with unit trash outs and deliver notices.
• Report time and attendance and perform daily inspections of the community.
• Understand and adhere to Landmark Properties policies and procedures.
• Maintain a positive community environment for residents and staff.
