Responsabilidades

• Maintain a clean, professional, and OSHA-compliant work environment.
• Keep the property litter-free and well landscaped.
• Assist with unit trash outs and property turn coordination.
• Deliver notices and report time and attendance.
• Perform daily inspections of the community.
• Understand and follow Landmark Properties policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent resident service and support a positive community atmosphere.
• Assist with safety policies, emergency procedures, and reporting issues.
