Job Title: Porter/Groundskeeper - Century Woods

Join Hayes Gibson Property Services as a Porter/Groundskeeper. We are seeking a dedicated individual to maintain the property's hallways, clubhouse, and common areas, as well as perform cleaning functions for turnover units and guest suites.

Pay Range

Base pay is $15.00 per hour. Actual pay will depend on skills and experience. Please consult with your recruiter for more details.

Principal Objectives

The Porter aims to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the property to support positive resident relations, satisfactory cash flow, and resident retention.

• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of hallways, clubhouse, and common areas.
• Perform cleaning for turnover units and guest suites.
• Contribute to community engagement and resident satisfaction.

Work Hours & Benefits

• Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
