Job summary

The Liberty Group is seeking dependable Apartment Porters / Groundskeepers to keep communities clean, safe, and welcoming. You will perform trash pickup, property cleanup, and assist maintenance teams.

Pay is $19–$20 per hour, depending on experience. The role requires 6+ months of related work, a valid government-issued ID, reliable transportation, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and comfort working outdoors in all weather. We verify ID, transportation, and physical requirements prior to placement.

Responsibilities

• Check smoke alarms and replace batteries as directed
• Support maintenance/office teams with day‑to‑day community upkeep
