Job summary

The Liberty Group is hiring a dependable Apartment Groundskeeper – Porter to help maintain our community in Kennesaw, GA. You’ll perform general labor duties to keep sidewalks, common areas, and exterior spaces clean and welcoming.

This role requires at least 6 months of general labor experience, reliable transportation, a valid ID, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Pay ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, depending on experience.

The Liberty Group is hiring reliable Porters - Groundskeeper – Skilled Labor for Apartment Communities

Job Responsibilities:

• Pick up trash & debris from grounds


• Assist in trash-outs and general property clean up


• Power washing sidewalks, buildings, etc.


• Check smoke alarms & replace batteries as necessary


• Replace switch plates, light bulbs & air conditioning filters


• Must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment


• Knowledge of pool chemicals a plus!

Required Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of general labor experience


• Have reliable transportation


• Valid I.D. Required


• The ability to safely lift 50 pounds

Pay ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and job duties.
