• Mow and trim lawn; reseed and replant as needed.
• Water and maintain sprinkler system.
• Pick up litter daily and sweep breezeways.
• Assist with pool and common area maintenance.
• Replace lightbulbs in common areas and assist with notices.

This full-time role is responsible for maintaining the overall appearance of the community grounds, ensuring they remain clean, attractive, and well cared for. Responsibilities include maintaining lawns, trees, shrubs, and ground cover to promote a healthy and visually appealing landscape.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Janitorial
• Pick up litter daily
• Sweep/blow breezeways
• Clean areas around dumpsters
• Clean out vacant apartments
• Clean mailroom, pool area(s), laundry room, etc
• Assist with pool maintenance
• Grounds (unless performed by sub-contractor)
• Water, as needed
• Maintain the sprinkler system
• Use insecticides, fertilizers and herbicides as needed
• Mow and trim lawn
• Reseed lawn and replant, if necessary
• Properly stake trees
• Properly prune trees and shrubs
• Weed lawns and all other planted areas
• Make drainage corrections
• General Maintenance
• Replace common area lightbulbs
• Assist with distributing notices
• Assist in Make-Readies and other maintenance work as directed

Salary Description

$16 - $19 per hour, Based on Experience
